About the Role

This position is not hourly and will be done on an as-needed basis to provide extra support for the team. This is a perfect position for those looking for something on the side to earn additional income and are looking to grow their skills. Candidates should have strong communication, presentation and organization skills. This is a remote opportunity and hours are flexible.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  • Handle communication with other employees and customers (emails, phone calls, texts, etc.) in a professional manner
  • Schedule and manage team member calendars
  • Manage social media account(s) as needed
  • Assist team members with tasks as assigned

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SPECIAL SKILLS:

  • 1+ years of administrative experience
  • Currently enrolled in a degree or certificate seeking program for an HR related field OR have a degree/certification in an HR related field
